You’ve probably driven by the incredibly large farms that dominate the countryside these days. We find them fascinating but they’re not for us. We have to know and touch each animal on a regular basis. They aren’t a number on an ear tag. Nothing replaces close contact with a herd.

Two hundred cattle is a very small number. But we’ve never been about quantity, we’re about quality. That’s why we urge you to act soon. We can’t add to our herd. And we hate to disappoint people who want our product.
